Depart from Nairobi or the airport in the morning and drive north through Kenya’s scenic highlands. You will cross the equator with views of Mount Kenya along the way. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch and check-in.

After some relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive at around 4:00 pm. Samburu is famous for its unique northern wildlife species including Grevy’s zebra, kudu, giraffe, gazelles, lions, leopards, and elephants.

Arrive in time for lunch and check-in. After relaxing, depart for an afternoon game drive from 4:00 pm in search of the Big Five and other wildlife across the vast open savannah.

Spend the day exploring the famous plains of Masai Mara, visiting the Mara River, and enjoying a picnic lunch in the wild. This extended game drive offers excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and many other species.

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi.

Arrive around 1:00 pm for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, followed by transfer to your hotel or the airport for your onward flight.
